Booking & Policy – Waxed By Janice

By booking an appointment with Waxed By Janice, you agree to the following policies:

A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows. New appointments will require a new deposit.

Please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this, a $5 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes late. 

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment. If you are 60 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled and/or subject to an additional $10 late fee (on top of the $5 fee’s for every 15 mins late, if longer service)

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Additional fees and wait times may apply.

Please note:
- Limited parking is available, so plan accordingly  
- Restroom use should be mindful of scheduled appointment times  
- No male services are offered at this time  
- Limited weekday availability—please reach out for specific requests  
- Children are welcome; a waiting area and restroom are available
