BEFORE BOOKING
By booking an appointment with Waxed By Janice, you agree to the following policies:

A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows. New appointments will require a new deposit.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT 
Please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early. A 5-minute grace period is provided. After this, a $5 late fee will be applied. 

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late (after grace period) may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduled appointments within 24 hours before your scheduled appointments.

Please note:
- Limited parking is available, so plan accordingly  
- Restroom use should be mindful of scheduled appointment times  
- Children are welcome; a waiting area and restroom are available  
-Studio is a safe space for women
