Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with Waxed By Janice, you agree to the following terms: A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required, applied towards your total. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show, but may be transferred if rescheduled on the day of cancellation with 24-hour notice. Late cancellations require a new deposit. Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early; a 10-minute grace period is allowed with a $5 late fee thereafter. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. Notify if running late; additional fees and wait times may apply. Limited parking available, plan accordingly. Restroom use should be mindful of appointment times. Manzanilians not offered, no men serviced. Limited availability during the week; contact for specific requests. Children welcome; waiting area and restroom available. Contact via text for best communication.
