Booking & Policy – Waxed By Janice By booking an appointment with Waxed By Janice, you agree to the following policies: A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows. New appointments will require a new deposit. Please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early. A 5-minute grace period is provided. After this, a $5 late fee will be applied. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late (after grace period) may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled. No-shows/same day or before 24 hour cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Additional fees and wait times may apply. Please note: - Limited parking is available, so plan accordingly - Restroom use should be mindful of scheduled appointment times - No male services are offered at this time - Limited weekday availability—please reach out for specific requests - Children are welcome; a waiting area and restroom are available For the fastest response, please contact via text.
