A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• $10 Deposit – Regular Appointments
• $7 Deposit – Special Discount Days

Regular Appointment Deposits ($10):
The full deposit goes toward your remaining balance.

Special Day Deposits ($7):
This deposit does NOT go toward your service total due to the discounted pricing.

Booking & Deposits

• A $10 deposit is required for regular appointments.
• A $7 deposit is required for special/discounted services.

Deposits are required to secure your appointment.

– $10 deposits go toward your total balance.
– $7 special deposits do NOT go toward your total due to discounted pricing and are strictly to secure your slot.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash.

Appointments must be booked at least 5 hours in advance.

Late Policy

• A 5-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 5 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added (non-negotiable).
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in the deposit being forfeited and an additional $10 fee.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• No-shows will be required to pay a higher deposit or full payment upfront before booking future appointments.

No Extra Guests

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests or children are allowed during appointments.

Refunds & Fixes

• No refunds will be given for any completed services.
• If you experience excessive fallout within 48 hours, please contact me for a possible complimentary fix.
• After 48 hours, a fill or new set will be required.

Health & Preparation

• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
• A $7 lash bath fee will be added if cleansing is required prior to service.
• If you have eye infections, irritations, or any condition affecting lash health, please wait until fully healed before booking.
