Booking & Deposits • A Deposit of $7 or $5 (If you are doing a special this does not goes towards your service it’s to secure the slot) (depending on whatever service you book) is required to secure your appointment. $5 will will go toward your total balance. • The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment via Zelle, Applepay, or cash . • Appointments must be booked at least 5 hours in advance. Late Policy • A 5-minute grace period is allowed. • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your total. This means AFTER 5 minutes you’re considered late a fee will be applied non-negotiable. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and will require a new deposit to rebook. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a $10 fee in addition to the deposit being forfeited. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least [24-48 hours] in advance to avoid the fee. • No-shows will not be able to rebook without paying [a higher deposit or full payment upfront] for future appointments. No Extra Guests • To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment. Refunds & Fixes • No refunds will be given for any services provided. • If you experience excessive fallout within [24-48 hours], please contact me for a possible complimentary fix. After this period, a fill or new set will be required. Health & Safety • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. A lash bath fee of $7 will be charged if cleansing is needed before application. • If you have any eye infections, irritations, or conditions that may affect your lash health, please wait until you are fully healed before booking.
