Victoria M Artistry - Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

We offer professional makeup and hair services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking
	•	How to Book: Book through our link or email. Book early to secure your spot.
	•	Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
	•	Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel or don’t show up, the deposit won’t be refunded.
	•	Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to two times within 6 months of your original appointment. Your deposit will carry over.
	•	Location: Services are done at Victoria M Artistry. We only travel for weddings or groups of 5+ (travel fee applies).
	•	Payment: The remaining balance is due in exact cash on the day of service prior to beginning. 

3. Services
	•	Makeup: Custom full-face makeup, including bridal and event looks.
	•	Hair: Come with clean, blow-dried hair. Long hair (bra strap and below ) requires a “long hair” booking or extra charges may apply.
	•	Trials: Pre-event consultations are available.
	•	spray tanning 
	•     Groups: Travel is only for 4+ people, with a travel fee.
  

4. Changes & Cancellations
	•	Cancel or reschedule as early as possible.
	•	Cancel within 48 hours: You’ll be charged the full amount.
	•	Reschedule before 48 hours: Deposit carries over (max 2 times in 6 months).
	•	If We Cancel: We’ll let you know ASAP and try to rebook you quickly.

5. Being Late
	•	10-Minute Grace Period: After that, your session may be cut short or cancelled.
	•	Running Late? Call or text us at 0450-906-096. Repeat lateness may lead to extra charges or declined bookings.

6. Health & Safety
	•	Clean Tools: We sanitize all tools and products.
	•	Allergies: Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

7. Liability
	•	We’re not responsible for lost items or skin reactions. Please disclose any sensitivities.

8. Photos & Media
	•	We may take and use photos of your look for social media unless you say no.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions
	•	Gift Cards: Non-refundable, valid for 1 year.
	•	Promos: May come with special rules and can’t always be combined.

Victoria did my daughter’s makeup for her Deb and was amazing! My daughter was concerned about her makeup feeling heavy but Victoria’s airbrushed technique meant it was light with full coverage that lasted right up to the end of night. Victoria is a genius! I've never received so many compliments in my entire life as I did for my Son's wedding, and I'm 63!! Victoria's air brush technique is amazing. I can't thank Victoria enough for making me look so glamorous and it was my first experience with false eyelashes, which just completed the glamorous look! I was provided Victoria's details through a friend which had used her services previously.  I normally don't use a lot of makeup, so I provided Victoria with a picture of how I wanted my makeup and blow wave to look. Victoria was great in adjusting the look to best suit my face.  I was very happy with the outcome.  I would suggest taking along a lipstick that she can apply and that you can use throughout the day and/or night.
