VICTORIA M ARTISTRY – BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. • EACH CLIENT MUST BOOK UNDER THEIR OWN NAME AND PAY THEIR OWN DEPOSIT. Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE between clients, appointments, dates, or services. Incorrect bookings made under one name cannot have deposits transferred or credited. • Deposits go toward your final balance and are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance, including cancellations, change of mind, illness, or incorrect bookings. • 48+ HOURS NOTICE is required to reschedule an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in LOSS OF DEPOSIT. • NO-SHOWS OR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS (WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT) WILL INCUR THE FULL APPOINTMENT FEE, WHICH MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE. • Clients are responsible for booking the correct service (including hair length). Additional fees may apply if booked incorrectly. • A 10-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD applies for late arrivals. Appointment time may be reduced or cancelled if running late. • Please note all bookings on Public holidays will incure an extra fee of $50 to your total service. • NO REFUNDS are given on completed services. • By booking, you agree to these terms & conditions.
