Policy and Terms

Victoria M Artistry - Terms and Conditions 1. About Us We offer professional makeup and hair services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. 2. Booking • How to Book: Book through our link or email. Book early to secure your spot. • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. • Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel or don’t show up, the deposit won’t be refunded. • Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to two times within 6 months of your original appointment. Your deposit will carry over. • Location: Services are done at Victoria M Artistry. We only travel for weddings or groups of 4+ (travel fee applies). • Payment: The remaining balance is due in exact cash on the day of service. 3. Services • Makeup: Custom full-face makeup, including bridal and event looks. • Hair: Come with clean, blow-dried hair. Long hair (past bra strap) requires a “long hair” booking or extra charges may apply. • Trials: Pre-event consultations are available. • spray tanning • Groups: Travel is only for 4+ people, with a travel fee. 4. Changes & Cancellations • Cancel or reschedule as early as possible. • Cancel within 48 hours: You’ll be charged the full amount. • Reschedule before 48 hours: Deposit carries over (max 2 times in 6 months). • If We Cancel: We’ll let you know ASAP and try to rebook you quickly. 5. Being Late • 10-Minute Grace Period: After that, your session may be cut short or cancelled. • Running Late? Call or text us at 0450-906-096. Repeat lateness may lead to extra charges or declined bookings. 6. Health & Safety • Clean Tools: We sanitize all tools and products. • Allergies: Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. 7. Liability • We’re not responsible for lost items or skin reactions. Please disclose any sensitivities. 8. Photos & Media • We may take and use photos of your look for social media unless you say no. 9. Gift Cards & Promotions • Gift Cards: Non-refundable, valid for 1 year. • Promos: May come with special rules and can’t always be combined. 10. Get beautifully applied lashes in just minutes. Lashes can be supplied by me or you’re welcome to bring your own (cost remains the same). Please note: reusable lashes cannot be applied for health and safety reasons. This service is for lash application only.

Hair should be washed and blow-dried straight the day before your booking. Price includes lashes.

“A bridal trial, is so important because you get the opportunity to define your look for the big day. A trial is relaxed; you have plenty of time to discuss your bridal beauty vision with me. You get to tweak it as you go, so it can be perfected before the “I do”.” I suggest you bring inspiration photos of your favourite makeup looks which can be found on Pinterest, my Instagram or Facebook posts and even your own pictures where you felt like your makeup made your feel confident. I will incorporate your dress colour, flowers, bridesmaid dress and every bit of detail to make it perfect for your big special day.
