Thank you for choosing us for your early childhood services. Payments Payments are due in full at the time of booking. All payments are final. Refunds and Transfer Credits There are absolutely no refunds or transfer credits. No-Show If client is late, staff will wait 15 minutes after scheduled service time. If client arrives within 15 minutes, additional time will not be added. After 15 minutes, client is considered a no-show. Service will be cancelled and client is unable to receive a refund. If staff is late, client should wait for 15 minutes. Cancellations Clients can cancel within 24 hours. Make-up sessions are not allowed. After 3 cancellations, client will be blocked from booking. Late Fee Please be respectful of my time as well as my other clients. Parents/guardians must remain on site, but outside of the study room/area during all services. There is an automatic late fee of $15 exactly one minute after the end of session time and a fee of $1 per minute after that. Late fees must be paid the day of. Clients are unable book a future session without late fee payment. If client has a future appointment already scheduled, clients are unable to attend without late fee payment. The future appointment is unable to be rescheduled and will forfeit 100% of service amount if late fee isn’t paid the day of. Diaper Changing and Feeding Parents/guardians must remain on site, but outside of the study room/area during all services. Parents are responsible for diaper changing and feeding. Staff will not change or feed children.
