Payments
Payments are due in full at the time of booking. All payments are final. 

Refunds and Transfer Credits
There are absolutely no refunds or transfer credits.

No-Show
If client is late, staff will wait 15 minutes after scheduled service time. If client arrives within 15 minutes, additional time will not be added. After 15 minutes, client is considered a no-show. Service will be cancelled and client is unable to receive a refund. If staff is late, client should wait for 15 minutes.

Cancellations
Clients can cancel within 24 hours. Make-up sessions are not allowed. After 3 cancellations, client will be blocked from booking.

Late Fee 
Please be respectful of my time as well as my other clients. Parents/guardians  must remain on site, but outside of the study room/area during all services. There is an automatic late fee of $15 exactly one minute after the end of session time and a fee of  $1 per minute after that. Late fees must be paid the day of. Clients are unable book a future session without late fee  payment. If client has a future appointment already scheduled, clients are unable to attend without late fee payment. The future appointment is unable to be rescheduled and will forfeit 100% of service amount if late fee isn’t paid the day of. 

Diaper Changing and Feeding
Parents/guardians  must remain on site, but outside of the study room/area during all services. Parents are responsible for diaper changing and feeding. Staff will not change or feed children.

Home school assistance

Save $20 by booking the Summer Boost Package. This package covers 16 sessions. 

Summer Learning Boost (16 sessions)

Save $10 by booking monthly sessions. This package will consist of 2 sessions per week for the course of 4 weeks. This package allows you to get priority booking and preferred schedule choice based on staff availability. When registering you will choose the day(s) of the week and time(s) you would like for your session for the month. Sessions are done on Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday. You will choose a schedule for the entire month. Refunds or make ups are unavailable.

Monthly Tutoring (2 sessions per week)

The above fee is for consultation only. This fee does not include materials. Client must provide all materials. 

Environment Enrichment Planning

Get parenting and educational advice from Ms. Princess. Ms. Princess will answer any questions regarding early childhood development and provide parenting tips. This service may be virtual or via phone. 

Parent Consultation

This service provides up to 4 hours of labeling containers and organizing up to 10 shelves per classroom. Labels will be provided. Client must provide containers (clear containers preferred). Travel includes 20 mi radius. Travel outside of 20 mi radius is additional. 

Learning Environment Organization and Labeling

This service provides a 1:1 phone consultation and a custom lesson plan based off theme, template and age group provided by client. Client should provide all requirements to staff. Lesson plan includes GELD standards. This is a lesson plan only. Materials are not provided. This lesson plan does not include differentiation. After consultation, our average turn around time is 14 days. However, turn around time  varies by template and requirements. Please email your lesson plan template and requirements to treasuredmindsla@gmail.com prior to consultation. Provide details such as theme, age group, and any additional requirements. Inform us if you do not have a lesson plan template. 

Preschool and Pre-K Lesson Plan 

This booking schedules an official phone consultation for client and staff to discuss the details of the requested service.  During this consultation, we will discuss details and a date to design the  bulletin board. We prefer our clients to book this service at least 14 days prior to expected display date. The above fee is for labor only. This fee does not include materials. Staff will provide suggestions or links to locate the materials. However, must provide all materials. Prices start at $45 and vary by details and requirements. Travel includes 20 mi radius. Travel outside of 20 mi radius is additional. 

Bulletin Board Design 

This fee is applied to any bookings outside of regular business hours and on and services provided during holidays.

After Hours and Holiday Fee 

This fee will be applied to any service required to travel. 

Travel Fee 

This fee will be applied to services booked less than 48 hours. Clients must contact the provider to book this service.
