If no deposit is received, the appointment will be cancelled. • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or cancellations. • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice . Your deposit will be transferred to your new date. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the full appointment fee being due. This must be paid before rebooking any future appointment. • Repeated cancellations, lateness or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full cost will still be charged. • Please arrive makeup-free for facial or skin treatments where applicable, or allow time for removal during your appointment. • By booking with Therapies & Moore, you agree to these terms. This must be paid before rebooking any future appointment. • If I arrive at your location and you are not in or unavailable within 10 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and you will be invoiced for the full amount. • Please ensure there is suitable parking available. Any parking charges or access fees (e.g. secure gated communities) must be disclosed in advance and covered by the client. • Clients must ensure there is adequate space, ventilation, and safe access for equipment setup. • Pets should be kept out of the treatment area for hygiene and safety reasons. • Please be prepared for your treatment (e.g. exfoliated, no moisturiser, dark loose clothing) and ready at the scheduled time. •Out-of-Hours Appointments Spray tan appointments booked before 9:00am or after 7:00pm will incur a 20% out-of-hours surcharge.
