	•	A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. If no deposit is received, the appointment will be cancelled.
	•	Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or cancellations.
	•	You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice .  Your deposit will be transferred to your new date.
	•	Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the full appointment fee being due. This must be paid before rebooking any future appointment.
	•	Repeated cancellations, lateness or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
	•	If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and the full cost will still be charged.
	•	Please arrive makeup-free for facial or skin treatments where applicable, or allow time for removal during your appointment.

	•	Please ensure there is suitable parking available. Any parking charges or access fees (e.g. secure gated communities) must be disclosed in advance and covered by the client.
	•	Clients must ensure there is adequate space, ventilation, and safe access for equipment setup.
	•	Pets should be kept out of the treatment area for hygiene and safety reasons.
	•	Please be prepared for your treatment (e.g. exfoliated, no moisturiser, dark loose clothing) and ready at the scheduled time.
•Out-of-Hours Appointments

Spray tan appointments booked before 9:00am or after 7:00pm will incur a 20% out-of-hours surcharge. By booking an appointment, clients agree to this additional fee where applicable.

I have been getting my tans for quite a while now , its fantastic Maddie  comes to my home , she is totally professional totally reliable and always makes me feel fabulous. Couldn’t recommend Therapies & Moore enough! I received a hydration facial and was so overwhelmed with the results. Brilliant service, really happy with my spray tan!

I had the Winter Warmer Facial and it was just what I needed! The heated blanket on the bed was also bonus as I visited on a cold day. The facial itself was perfect. I felt so relaxed laying on the warm bed, listening to calming music while Madison worked her magic on my face. The products she used felt light on my skin and they smelled amazing.  The treatment also included a neck and shoulder massage which was perfect for me after spending all day sitting at a desk. Definitely recommend!!

I recently got an eyelash lift and eyebrow wax/tint, and it was a fantastic experience! I have pretty sensitive eyes, but Madison was amazing—no stinging at all during the lash lift, and they look incredible. My brows are perfectly shaped and tinted too. It was definitely a 5-star service. Madison is so lovely and made the whole experience super comfortable. Highly recommend!
