Below are terms of services - All nail services are NON refundable, I as the customer understand this before attempting card chargebacks and filing refund claims - Nail fixes can be made free of charge within 2 weeks from appointment date with proof of damage or unusual circumstances that occurred AFTER service. Example (charm came off, nail broke, polish chipped) - TheNailFiles2 does not accept use of any illegal currencies or fraudulent payments/ fraudulent credit card scams (chargebacks, check scams, false money) I understand as the customer that said actions will result in legal action.
