Below are terms of services - To ensure safety at TheNailFiles2, 1st time customers must pay in FULL cash for their service dues as a new customer. Details of the customers’ assumed receipt may be sent before any nail service has been conducted to ensure customers have service dues ready day of appointment. - All nail services are NON refundable, I as the customer understand this before attempting card chargebacks and filing refund claims - Nail fixes can be made free of charge within 1 week from appointment date with proof of damage or unusual circumstances that occurred AFTER service. Examples (charm came off, nail broke, polish chipped) - TheNailFiles2 does not accept use of any illegal currencies or fraudulent payments/ fraudulent credit card scams (chargebacks, check scams, false money) I understand as the customer that use of said actions will result in legal action. - To activate gift cards purchased from TheNailFiles2, make sure to check your emails and extra folders (all mail, junk, spam)
