Policy and Terms

At this time all services are MOBILE and available ONLY in the Northern Virginia area. Below are terms of services - All nail services are NON refundable, I as the customer understand this before attempting card chargebacks and filing refund claims - Nail fixes can be made free of charge within 1 week from appointment date with proof of damage or unusual circumstances that occurred AFTER service. Example (charm came off, nail broke, polish chipped) - TheNailFiles2 does not accept use of any illegal currencies or fraudulent payments/ fraudulent credit card scams (chargebacks, check scams, false money) I understand as the customer that use of said actions will result in legal action.

Polygel is a unique application with no odor and is a good alternative to the acrylic monomer application, highly recommended for acrylic lovers! This service is for fill in on previous polygel nails and overlays on the natural nail shape

This bundle includes a natural nail manicure with deep cuticle cleaning, nail reshaping using glass nail filers, and your choice of natural nails with or without polish. Continue your nail care journey after your manicure with TNF2 handmade cutie kits now including stainless steel full size nail clippers and a 100/100 grit full size nail filer.

Polygel extensions (special request)

Polygel extensions is a very unique service that’s dear to TheNailFiles2. This service uses nail forms instead of nail tips to ensure a comfortable nail extension on top of the natural nail, extending the gel to any desired length and shape. This service is very meticulous and requires a lot of time to service. To ensure customers have a comfortable experience, this service must be special requested. Book this service on a free day to relax!
