At this time all services are MOBILE and available ONLY in the Northern Virginia area. Below are terms of services 
- To ensure safety at TheNailFiles2, 1st time customers must pay in FULL cash for their service dues as a new customer. Details of the customers’ assumed receipt may be sent before any nail service has been conducted to ensure customers have service dues ready day of appointment. 
- All nail services are NON refundable, I as the customer understand this before attempting card chargebacks and filing refund claims 
 - Nail fixes can be made free of charge within 1 week from appointment date with proof of damage or unusual circumstances that occurred AFTER service. Examples (charm came off, nail broke, polish chipped) 
- TheNailFiles2 does not accept use of any illegal currencies or fraudulent payments/ fraudulent credit card scams (chargebacks, check scams, false money) I understand as the customer that use of said actions will result in legal action. 
- To activate gift cards purchased from TheNailFiles2, make sure to check your emails and extra folders (all mail, junk, spam)

Polygel extensions is a very unique service that’s dear to TheNailFiles2. This service uses nail forms instead of nail tips to ensure a comfortable nail extension on top of the natural nail, extending the gel to any desired length and shape. This service is very meticulous and requires a lot of time to service. To ensure customers have a comfortable experience, this service must be special requested. Book this service on a free day to relax! 

Polygel extensions (special request)

All new TNF2 Gel x pedicures are here! Now this one is a game changer and a personal favorite of mine. This Gel X pedicure is a comfortable, lightweight way of getting those pedicure results you always dreamed of. With this service, each nail tip is fit to your nail plate and shaped to a natural square shape to flatter all shapes and sizes. This service is recommended for those who want a uniform shape to their toenails that they might struggle with naturally while experiencing a safe and healthy way to do so.
