The Bodywork Collective may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If you need to cancel please notify us within 48hrs or else it will result in a cancellation fee. Please arrive on time; arrive in athletic wear Gym shorts and Sport Bra is preferred. Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

The first session is getting to know YOU! We will assess your range of motion (mobility and flexibility), Using assessments to pinpoint your pain. We will then go into Muscle scraping and Cupping to give relief. Ending off with corrective exercise to take home. Initia Assessment is priced higher than return-visits.
