We utilize many ways to help manage pain through coaching and manual tissue work. Whether you’re looking to improve your athletic and physical capabilities or help manage your pain, we are here to help. 

The Bodywork Collective

By booking with The Bodywork Collective, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a $50.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. The Bodywork Collective may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Please arrive on time; arrive in athletic wear. Gym shorts and a sport bra are preferred.

Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.

As a bodybuilder he knows exactly what to do to help alleviate my tightness from posing and tissue stress.

i booked a first-time assessment and ended up getting custom work done tailored specifically to my body and what i needed. this was my first time ever getting a full assessment like this, and i was honestly so impressed. the session was thorough from the start,  he really took the time to assess my mobility and pinpoint exactly where my pain and tightness were coming from. nothing felt rushed or generic!

Came in with a list of problematic areas and Matt assessed all of them. He attended to all areas and I left with a better understanding of what I’m missing. Additionally, he recommended some movements to address and improve said areas. 

Matthias is an absolute professional who clearly knows what he’s doing. His depth of knowledge shows in every step, and he delivers results with confidence and precision. It’s rare to work with someone so competent, reliable, and effective. Highly recommended to anyone.  

The knowledge of the body and trigger points, combined with key exercises, was truly impressive. 

I cant and wont be able to say enough, but anyone active or not, needs these. Longevity is wear it matters, I was shocked on how well knowledge and communicative Matthias is. Mentorship 

Your first session focuses on understanding your body. We review your physical history, identify areas of discomfort, and begin cupping and scraping therapy to support the targeted area.

First-Time Consultation & Bodywork Therapy 

This corrective therapy blends scraping, cupping, and hands-on active release to improve movement, support performance, and ease tension. Must Complete Initial "First-Time Consultation & Bodywork Session (Cupping + IASTM)" Session Before Service.
