Deposits
Are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment a 50% cancellation fee will be automatically charged to your card. If you do not show up to your appointment, the total cost of your appointment will be automatically charged to your card and failure to pay will result in a block on future bookings. 

Consent Forms
Some treatments require a Consent Form to be completed 24h before your appointment. Failure to submit your form could result in your appointment being cancelled.

Patch tests
Are NOT compulsory,  however you are welcome to book in at least 48 hours before your appointment if you wish. If you are to experience a reaction from any treatment and have not booked a patch test all liability falls on you. By booking an appointment with The Libra Club, you accept the terms. 

Payments 
Cash / Card / Buy Now Pay Later options are all accepted payment method you can use to pay for your appointment. Payment MUST be made at your appointment.
