Policy and Terms

✨ BOOKING INFORMATION ✨ Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment a 50% cancellation fee will be automatically charged to your card. If you do not show up to your appointment, the total cost of your appointment will be automatically charged to your card. Patch tests are NOT compulsory however you are welcome to book in at least 48 hours before your appointment if you wish. If you are to experience a reaction from any treatment and have not booked a patch test all liability falls on you. By booking an appointment with The Libra Club, you accept the terms. Cash or card are both an accepted payment method you can use to pay for your appointment. There is a small processing fee charged by GOLDIE if you wish to pay card. Please note, payment MUST be made at your appointment.
