Service & Repair Policies Payment Methods & Terms • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, or CashApp only • Full payment is required before leaving with your wig(s) Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround: Minimum 6 weeks Timing may vary based on: • Severity of the repair • Availability of matching hair (especially blond or specialty textures) • Busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales) • Smaller jobs may take less time, but please plan for 6 weeks regardless • All work is completed on a first-come, first-served basis (excluding rush jobs) Wig Repair – What to Expect • Repairs involve complex work and may uncover hidden issues • We’ll communicate any unexpected problems and work with you on solutions. Additional fees may apply. Damage Policy • If accidental damage occurs during our repair (not due to pre-existing issues), we’ll fix it free of charge, at our discretion Pickup Notification • You’ll be contacted when your wig is ready • Please don’t call or message repeatedly — it won’t speed up the process • An appointment is required for pickup Warranty Policy – 3 Weeks • Covers only the repairs listed on your receipt • Does not cover unrelated repairs or new services requested after pickup • To qualify, contact us within 3 weeks of pickup with any concerns. Drop off within 6 weeks of pickup • Additional repairs during the warranty period are subject to standard pricing Fill-Ins & Added Hair • Added hair will match in color, texture, and length, unless discussed otherwise • We may professionally and discreetly use hair from the sheital itself • Debulking is free if needed to retrieve hair • If you prefer not to use wig hair, please note: • It may delay turnaround time • Exact matches aren’t always possible (especially for blond, long, or curly hair) • We’ll contact you for approval before proceeding with any alternatives • No repairs are made without your explicit consent Priority & Expedited Repairs • Urgent repairs (e.g., lace tears or brides) are prioritized free of charge • Rush service (priority handling): +50% of the repair price • Same-week service (within 5 business days): +100% of the repair price • Not all repairs qualify for same-week service • Rush fees apply to the final quoted repair price Appointment Policy • Appointments are mandatory — we cannot guarantee availability without one. • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may require a booking fee or deposit for future appointments. Late Arrival Policy: Appointments are reserved for the scheduled time only. If you arrive late, your appointment will end at the original time and may be shortened accordingly. Repair Policy • We do not offer partial repairs • Ensures quality control, consistency, and prevents future complications Your Satisfaction Matters • We welcome your questions and feedback • We’re committed to handling any concerns professionally and promptly II. Custom Wig Order Policies : Processing & Texture: • Dark straight hair is typically minimally processed. • Lighter colors and textured hair require more processing. • We’re happy to explain what “processed” means and discuss any concerns to help set realistic expectations. Role & Responsibility: • I act as a liaison between you and the manufacturer. • My responsibility covers services like repair, customization, and maintenance. • I do not take responsibility for the wig’s original quality, fit, or appearance. Custom Orders Are Final: • All custom wig sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. • By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these terms. • Dissatisfaction with the finished product, despite following your specifications, does not qualify for return or refund. Manufacturer Errors: Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of clear factory error (e.g., incorrect color, cap size, or deviation from submitted instructions). Color Matching Disclaimer: • We’ll do our best to match your desired color, but slight variations may occur. • Hair can be darkened later if needed. • Lightening or adding highlights is very difficult and not recommended. Unsatisfied with the Wig? The manufacturer may offer alternative solutions, which could involve additional costs. Transparency Promise: • We work closely with trusted factories that deliver exceptional quality. • Our goal is full transparency to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. III. Wig Sale Policies • All Sales Final : No returns or exchanges. • Warranty : - Covers craftsmanship issues for 6 months. - After 6 months, all repairs will be charged at the regular rate. - Complimentary Recut : One free recut is included within the first 6 months of purchase. • Coloring Services - Not covered under warranty and treated as a separate service. - Can be requested as an add on service,additional cost will apply • What’s Included in the Wig Price : - Customization and cut (not color or hair processing). - Complimentary wig band, mini wig brush, travel bag and a learning session on washing the wig. • Wigs on Sale : - Sale price includes wig only — no repairs, cut, color, wig band, or brush. - If repairs are done by The Sheital Room, a brush and washing tutorial are included at no extra cost.
