If using an Itison voucher or Gift voucher please include the voucher code in 'message optional' section. 

All online bookings required a £15 non refundable deposit, which will be  deducted from their treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow 1 reschedule for each appointment, if a client does not show up and has not given us the necessary notice to reschedule they will be required to pay in full as there is no longer an opportunity for us to fill the space.

24 hours notice is 50%

48 hours notice no charge.

First visit. Very welcoming, friendly greeting and introduction with Jane. I had a pamper session which was fantastic. Jane explained everything while she worked and was very friendly throughout. Very good massage, body scrub, body brush, moisturiser and a luxury facial. After treatment, felt very relaxed, less tense and an overall feeling of wellbeing. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thanks to Jane and I will be back at a later date🙂

Great massage had a lot of knots and tension  in my back and shoulder blades . The massage seemed to work it all out..

I have regular geothermal massages with Lou and can't praise her enough for her professionalism, attentiveness, and knowledge. She's brilliant at her job and her enthusiasm is infectious. The Spa itself is very well appointed and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.  Their Halloween decorations are excellent as well! 

I first met Lou when she was a student at Dundee College and I knew then she was a brilliant therapist. I am delighted she is at Serenity and she provided me with a fantastic and relaxing reflexology treatment. She is so welcoming and very professional. I can't wait to come back to this lovely, friendly salon and get another treatment from Lou.

Everything about this treatment was just so perfect. Jane kindly arranged an appointment for me and paying the online deposit was straightforward. The treatment space is warm, cosy and comfortable. The treatment I had was a pamper package with skin brushing and scrubbing and some lovely autumnal essential oils. Ideal for a cold October morning. My facial was super relaxing and left my skin glowing. 
The 90 min treatment was amazing. I’ll definitely be back. 5 stars well deserved.

This time I opted for a Hot Stone Massage. I’ve had this treatment at various spas but this was by far the best. My knots and tension were well worked out whilst maintaining a relaxing experience. Very reasonable pricing and skilled therapist, will be back.

I have never had such a lovely experience apart from here at serenity. Lou was absolutely amazing and what an amazing woman with so much experience and energy she gave me a lot of tips, tricks and conversation for such a short amount of time. SO relaxing, a treat for tight shoulders and achy muscles. My skin feels soft and my face looks relaxed (younger?)

I had summer pamper package and jabe explained fully what this entailed and even had a day in which products I would like. Very relaxed afterwards and would recommend this treatment which I will have again.

Aww Lou was lovely. We blethered through the massage which I liked as sometimes find no chat a bit awkward. She talked through what she was doing and why.  I could also say where I get muscle pains and she gave me tips on massage and lymphatic drainage. I learned a bit and have no pain today whereas other massages I’ve felt bruised the next day. I thoroughly recommend, and will definitely go back x
