Each appointment requires a separate booking with accurate contact details. You can create an account to avoid filling in your details each time you book.

The Serenity Spa Massage & Holistic Therapies

•Booking fee’s(Deposits) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. 

•If you’re booking for two people, please contact us directly or make sure you have both booked for the same date and time with each of our therapists and just pop in the message section that you’re coming in together so we are aware in case of reschedule or cancellation. 

•Voucher codes for Itison, gift vouchers codes, or membership numbers and expiry dates for loyalty cards should be included in the optional message section when booking online. 

•A non-refundable booking fee of £15 is required for all online bookings, which will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

•The cancellation policy allows for one reschedule per appointment, with a 50% charge for 24 hours notice and no charge for 48 hours notice. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or don’t show up there is a full treatment cost charge.

Aw what an amazing massage , I had the thermal massage which I haven’t had before and it was amazing, I’ve just had an operation on my shoulder so had to wait to get the massage and it was well worth the wait , Lou is amazing at what she does and her knowledge is great and she makes you feel so at ease and welcome. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. It was very apparent that Lou really knew all the techniques appropriate for my aches and pains. A lovely person with a real passion for what she does. I would highly recommend this treatment.

From the initial telephone call to the appointment the process was so professional and straightforward.  The staff were polite, helpful, accommodating and couldn't have done any more to make the whole experience enjoyable.
