If using a voucher please include the voucher code in 'message optional' section CANCELLATION POLICY If a client is a ‘no show’ they will be required to pay in full, as there is no opportunity for us to fill this appointment. 24 hours notice is 50% 48 hours notice no charge. All new clients will be required to pay a £10 booking free which will be deducted from their treatment. No booking fee paid = no booking. All online bookings will be contacted to arrange payment.
