Policy and Terms

Appointments: All appointments made will require a small £5 deposit to secure your appointment in my diary. This is taken off your total amount to pay on the day of your appointment. Please note this is a security deposit ONLY. Cancellations / No-shows: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours or do not turn up for your appointment you will be expected to pay HALF of what the treatment price was due on the day. The total will exclude the deposit that has already been paid. ** Please note: Deposits are non-transferable Payments: All payments MUST be made before you leave the premises after your treatments If you have any payment issues through Bank Transfer, we have a card machine on site that accepts most major card providers. Cash is also accepted, please ensure it is the correct amount as change is limited.

Classic Full Set

Classic eyelash extensions are a natural style of extension which can offer a touch of volume and length. You can decide how much or little length you would like. Great for clients looking for a ‘mascara’ effect of lashes.

Hybrid lash extensions are a combination of volume fans and individual lash extensions. This type of style is great for clients wanting a wispy effect. However, you get a touch of volume to create a natural yet fluffy appearance.

Russian Volume Full Set

Russian Volume lash extensions are the ultimate queen in the lash industry. Typically, the most common style clients choose for a fluffy, volume set. You can be very versatile which russian volume as you don’t have to go ‘long’ or very ‘full’ on the length and style as some assume. Short lengths are just as gorgeous, it is down to personal preference. Russian volume means your lashes will provide a full and fluffy appearance.

Mega Volume lashes.. the name says it all! If you’re looking for a jaw-dropping set of lashes then this may be the style for you. Mega Volume, is the fullest and fluffiest could possibly get when it comes to semi-permanent lash extensions.

Classic Infills

A 1 hour service to infill fallen out lash extensions you have previously had applied. Please note this is not a fullset appointment and you cannot book this appointment unless you have already had lash extensions already applied. Infills must be no less than 50% fall out. If you have less than 50% fall out you must book a fullset appointment.

30min top up is perfect for adding a touch of extra lashes if you have an event or occasion that is in-between your regular lash infills.

45min Lash Top Up

45min top up is ideal for a client needing a little bit more than half an hour top up. But not necessarily needing a full hour infill. This appointment is ideal in-between infill appointments.

Lash Lift & Tint

The most underestimated lash treatment out there! If you want to give your natural lashes the lift of their life then this treatment is yours! Using only the best professional lash lifting brands on the market. Lash lift provides a stunning natural curl to your lashes. You can still wear make-up as often as you like including mascara! This treatment can only be re-done 8 weeks from the last lash lift appointment. This is important as you can run the risk of over processing the natural lashes.

Patch Test

Patch testing is ideal for anyone that hasn’t had lash extensions or lash lift done previously. This is a quick appointment, where we will apply either lash extensions to the clients lashes (a handful on eye) or if you want to try lash lift. We will apply a small amount of each solution to the back of the ear. A patch test must be done 24hours prior to your treatment, to ensure no reactions show before hand. Eyelash Extension Removal

Removing your lash extensions using professional products which will not cause damage to the natural lashes. After removal the natural lashes are cleansed to removal any excess of product left on the eye area.

Lash Extension Wash

Give your lashes the cleanse they deserve with our own brand cleanser at The Luxe Lash Co. A lash bath ensures your lash extensions are left squeaky clean after the treatment. This can be used as an add-one service prior to your infill / fullset appointment.

Eyelash tint is a black tint applied to the natural lashes to give the appearance of darker natural lashes.

Brow Lamination

A brilliant treatment for anyone wanting to create a fuller and more defined brow shape. Brow Lami is ideal for more clients whether they are sparse brow hairs to thicker brows. The idea behind this treatment is to provide the client with a constant ready to wake up and get on with the day without the fuss of having to do your brows every time. A quick brush is maybe all you will need to do and you’re ready to go. You cannot have this treatment re-done less than 8 weeks apart from your last appointment.
