Appointments: All appointments made will require a small £5 deposit to secure your appointment in my diary. This is taken off your total amount to pay on the day of your appointment. Please note this is a security deposit ONLY.

Cancellations / No-shows: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours or do not turn up for your appointment you will be expected to pay HALF of what the treatment price was due on the day. The total will exclude the deposit that has already been paid.
** Please note: Deposits are non-transferable 

Payments: All payments MUST be made before you leave the premises after your treatments If you have any payment issues through Bank Transfer, we have a card machine on site that accepts most major card providers. Cash is also accepted, please ensure it is the correct amount as change is limited.

I wanted some lashes done for a 3 week trip away, but didn’t know what style to get.  Emily was so helpful in advising me. They looked fab but I was nervous they might not last the whole trip. But the definitely did!! Cabin crew even complimented them on the flight back home. Emily did such a good job and was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide what to get. I would highly recommend 🫶
