The Lash Club LLC

A card on file is now required for all clients. 
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. $25 same day inconvenience fee will apply for cancel/reschedule. 
50% of total appointment will be charged for no call no shows. 

There is a 10 minute grace period per appointment. 

Same day appointments must be approved for scheduling.

Lashes with less than 40% retention are considered full sets. Please be mindful when booking for time. 

Please be courteous to surrounding suites by using indoor voices and appropriate language. 

No smoking/vaping/use of drugs permitted. 

A complementary fill will only be scheduled if there is a *noticeable* amount of lash fallout within 24 hours of original appointment. 

By agreeing to the policies and terms, you release the technician responsible from all claims, demands, damages, actions, or cause of actions from performance of services.

Maria is fantastic. The install was seamless. I was super comfortable,so much so that I fell asleep( I'm still in disbelief as that has never happened before).I didn't have red eyes and I didn't feel like I had paper on my eyeballs.  I keep forgetting that I have lash extensions as they are weightless. Also,they're perfect- super cute! I highly recommend her.
