Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. $25 same day inconvenience fee will apply. There is a 10 minute grace period per appointment. Lashes with less than 40% retention are considered full sets. Please be mindful when booking for time. Please be courteous to surrounding suites by using indoor voices and appropriate language. Same day appointments must be approved for scheduling. This is a safe environment for every client, every guest will receive the same respect and quality of service. No smoking/vaping/use of drugs permitted. Any guests under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian signature accompanying theirs on intake/consent forms.
