Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. $25 same day inconvenience fee will apply. There is a 10 minute grace period per appointment. Same day appointments must be approved for scheduling. Lashes with less than 40% retention are considered full sets. Please be mindful when booking for time. Please be courteous to surrounding suites by using indoor voices and appropriate language. No smoking/vaping/use of drugs permitted. A complementary fill will only be scheduled if there is a *noticeable* amount of lash fallout within 24 hours of original appointment. By agreeing to the policies and terms, you release the technician responsible from all claims, demands, damages, actions, or cause of actions from performance of services.
