Cancellation, No-Show & Deposit Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• All services totaling over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
• Deposits are applied toward your service total and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, same-day cancellation, or no-show.
• Fees and deposits are applied to the card on file and are non-refundable.

If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.

I had an amazing experience with Malia! She did such an incredible job waxing, laminating, and tinting my eyebrows. She was gentle, detailed, and made sure everything looked perfect. My brows have never looked better the shape is flawless, the tint is even, and the lamination looks so natural. She made the whole appointment so comfortable and easy. I absolutely recommend Malia if you want beautiful, clean, and perfectly styled brows!

What a great way to end a Monday! Malia was very knowledgeable with her products, asked if I had any concerning areas, and gave the most relaxing facial!  Can’t wait to book my next one!
