Cancellation, No-Show & Deposit Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • All services totaling over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. • Deposits are applied toward your service total and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, same-day cancellation, or no-show. • Fees and deposits are applied to the card on file and are non-refundable. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
