Policy and Terms

Cancellation, No-Show & Deposit Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • All services totaling over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. • Deposits are applied toward your service total and will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, same-day cancellation, or no-show. • Fees and deposits are applied to the card on file and are non-refundable. • Any client that continually moves/changes/ cancels appointments will not be able to book without paying a deposit first. • Every Client gets (1) free Cancellation. •If you reschedule your appointment and it’s in the same week a cancellation fee will NOT be applied. If it’s for a different date not in that week, a cancellation fee WILL be applied. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation. Thank you so much for supporting me and my small business!
