Here at The Glow Phase, we specialize in nail care and skin care services.
Policy and Terms
•Advance Booking Required Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service possible. • A $15-20 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment for scheduling future appointments. This will go towards your service. • Arrive at least 5-10 mins before your appointment to start right on time. • Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. • 10 min grace period for late arrivals, after that appointment will be cancelled. • Satisfaction Guaranteed We strive for client satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with their service, they must notify us up to 72 hours to discuss potential adjustments or solutions. • Parking Options: Parking meters available in front of salon. Scan QR code or download ‘Park Mobile’ app. Apply promo code “PARKDTO” Which will waive you 2 hours free. $5 parking garage available all day.
