•Advance Booking Required
Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service possible.

• A $15-20 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment for scheduling future appointments. 
This will go towards your service.

• Arrive at least 5-10 mins before your appointment to start right on time. 

• Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.

• 10 min grace period for late arrivals, after that appointment will be cancelled.

• Satisfaction Guaranteed 
We strive for client satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with their service, they must notify us up to 72 hours to discuss potential adjustments or solutions.

• Parking Options: Parking meters available in front of salon. Scan QR code or download ‘Park Mobile’ app. Apply promo code “PARKDTO” Which will waive you 2 hours free. $5 parking garage available all day. Free parking available on Sundays at meters. 

• $5 parking garage location: 305 Palmetto Ave, Orlando, FL 32801

• The salon's front entrance is locked at all times. Please let us know when you arrive so we can grant you access.

• Payment Options: Zelle, Cash App, Cash, or Tap to Pay is accepted
