“I originally visited Paula for her holistic & sport massage which was amazing 🥰 your knots are worked on and then you get to relax with a lovely soft massage which nearly sent me to sleep :)) I have also had the lovely experience of a deep tissue| sports massage :) she really gets in to your back and clears all the pains! she’s super friendly and funny it feels like catching up with a talented friend when i visit ❤️ highly recommended 10/10 :) ”
