“I’ve been going to Paula for quite a while now and honestly couldn’t go without my monthly massages now. I have a deep tissue massage which helps manage any pain I get from working as a dog groomer. Paula is the best massage therapist I’ve ever used and would recommend her to everyone. ”

Paula was brilliant — the session was extremely relaxing, and I left feeling completely destressed. Lovely calm atmosphere in the treatment room. Great value for a quick reset — I’ll definitely be back!”

“I've had quite a few massages over the years, and this was one of the best deep tissue massages I've experienced. The therapist quickly identified the areas causing tension and worked on them with the perfect amount of pressure. The treatment felt very personalised and professional throughout. I left feeling noticeably looser, more relaxed, and with far less stiffness than when I arrived. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be returning. Lovely relaxed clean air-conditioned treatment room. ”
