“1st massage with Paula and can say it was a really good experience. Very relaxed environment and welcoming. The massage itself was superb, not afraid of applying pressure but more importantly listened to what my issue was and worked on those areas of my back and came away feeling much better. ”

“I originally visited Paula for her holistic & sport massage which was amazing 🥰 your knots are worked on and then you get to relax with a lovely soft massage which nearly sent me to sleep :)) I have also had the lovely experience of a deep tissue| sports massage :) she really gets in to your back and clears all the pains! she’s super friendly and funny it feels like catching up with a talented friend when i visit ❤️ highly recommended 10/10 :) ”
