By booking an appointment with The Epicurean Massage Therapy, you agree that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment and the slot cannot be filled, 100% of the service fee will be charged. However, if you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled booking once. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
