Here are some rules for both of our safety 🫶🏼no extra guest is allowed unless we have came to an understanding, Also please note NO refunds under ANY/NO circumstances, unless I ( the service provider) cancel your appointment.( rescheduling counts as cancelling ) if you do not reschedule in a timely maner and I’m holding your slot you will be charged 50% of the service if no arrangements have been made . the result is 50% of the service will be charged. Same day cancellation you will be charged 50% of the service. SAME DAY NO SHOW OR NO CALL NO SHOW 100% of the service will be charged ! You will have a 10 minute grace period after 11 minutes your appointment could be canceled. If you have fungus or open wounds I’m not the nail tech for you.  Thank you 😊 no calls no shows WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING ! I have the right to refuse service as well .
