Hello welcome I’m so excited for you to consider booking with me. No extra guest is allowed unless agreed upon. NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS ! & Your deposit is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance unless I ( the service provider) cancel your appointment. The remaining balance is due in the APP or CASH You must let me know at least 48 hours in advance of your cancellation same day cancellation you will be banned and deposit is non refundable. You must put your card on file. You will have a 10 minute grace period after 11minutes your appointment could be canceled depending on circumstances, I will not be able to take you in. If you have fungus or open wounds please let me know beforehand hand 904-896-9400 is my phone number. Thank you 😊 If you need to reschedule, you will need to pay another deposit for the rescheduling. When it comes to cancellations you may only due so in case of emergency and must let me know as well no calls no shows WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING ! I have the right to refuse service as well .
