Hello welcome My name is Lauren the CEO The Beauty E.D 🩷 I’m so excited for you to consider booking with me! Here are some rules for both of our safety 🫶🏼no extra guest is allowed unless we have came to an understanding, Also please note NO refunds under ANY/NO circumstances, unless I ( the service provider) cancel your appointment.( rescheduling counts as cancelling ) if you do not reschedule in a timely maner and I’m holding your slot you will be charged 50% of the service if no arrangements have been made . the result is 50% of the service will be charged. Same day cancellation you will be charged 50% of the service ! You will have a 10 minute grace period after 11 minutes your appointment could be canceled. If you have fungus or open wounds I’m not the nail tech for you. Thank you 😊 no calls no shows WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING ! I have the right to refuse service as well . As you are reading my policies, please note that you agree that if you get injured, hurt, have any physical or emotional damages I will not be liable and you know that no refunds are allowed under any circumstance. I am licensed from state board of the state of Florida and by reading these policies, you understand that I will not be liable for anything at all no matter what circumstances.
