Starbarks

Starbarks requires clients to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance, preferably 48 hours or longer. Frequent rescheduling  under 24 hours may incur a 50% rebooking fee/deposit. After three cancellations within six months, a 75% fee applies. If you’re late to appointments by over 15 minutes it will have to be rescheduled unless prior to appointment time communication is given and groomers schedule allows for it . After three no-shows in six months, clients may be terminated or required to prepay 100%. 

Pregnant dogs may only be groomed during the first half of pregnancy; thereafter, only a sanitary belly shave (10 minutes) is offered with owner present and signed consent. 

Updated vaccines must be uploaded prior to service, at minimum Rabies is the only required but the rest is preferred to have on file as well. 

Seniors, dogs with behavioral issues, or matted coats which are  needing a full shave require signed consent acknowledging risks and releasing liability. Dogs over 13 may need a veterinarian’s clean bill of health to continue services.

Starbarks is not liable for grooming-related risks or outcomes. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of this.

Sydney does a great job with both our kids.

We are very fortunate to have Sydney as our groomer and I 100 percent recommend her!  Hudson, our 55 lb Golden Doodle loves Sydney and he always looks adorable when we pick him up!  

My favorite part is how much Harley loves Sydney. Sydney is personable and professional. Harley always comes back looking like the prettiest girl in the world! I'm already looking forward to the next appointment. 

Sydney has been grooming Molly for about one year now. We haven’t had any issues, molly loves her and always comes back smelling good and looking like the pretty girl she is.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sydney. She has been grooming my 10-lb Shih Tzu, Gus, for over a year now — and let me just say, Gus is not an easy client. He has a lot of opinions and zero hesitation about expressing them. 😅
From day one, she has shown incredible patience, kindness, and understanding. She has worked with me consistently to help Gus feel more comfortable, never rushing him and always adjusting her approach to meet his needs. Simply the best!
