Policy and Terms

Clients of Spontaneous Kreations may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in a $25.00 "No Show" fee. No new appointments will be scheduled until the fee is paid or any outstanding balances are settled. Unpaid services over 30 days will result in the client being ineligible for any future services. Late arrivals requesting rescheduling will also incur a "No Show" fee. All services are secured with payment in advance. Please note that appointments without payment are not guaranteed and may be made available to other clients. We do not provide services with the option to pay afterward. Thank you for your cooperation.”
