Julie spent about 45 minutes with me. She explained all the massage procedures and what she was going to do next. I left feeling relaxed and less tension in my neck and shoulders. Thank you! This was my first ever massage and it was a an amazing experience. I have constant back pain and shoulder pain and Julie worked out all the knots. I booked the full body massage with hot stones and my body feels great. I will definitely be returning. The atmosphere and Julie were both wonderful. I highly recommend.

I have a medical condition that requires high quality massage to relax my back muscles so that the acupuncture I am receiving is effective.  With that said, I started my search for an LMT thinking licensing would level the playing field. Nothing could be farther from the truth. After many massages that were nothing more than a back rub, I found Southern Honey and Julie Wood. My prayers have finally been answered! Julie is AWESOME!!!! She knew exactly what to do and how to do it ...effectively!!

Massage is the best in the world.  You are such a pleasure to be around and a great person to call a friend.  A Godly woman like you are hard to find.  So professional and well learned in your trade of massage.  I leave and I am 100% relaxed all over.  Got home and just looking at the blood vessels in my hand that are hard to find and they have been relaxed and are full of flowing blood.  This is very good for a heart patient.  Folks that don't believe in massages are missing the boat.

My knee massage was great! I could tell I had one unlike another  from someone else in Anderson.  My knee was loose when I checked it at home.  
I also have had problems with my shoulders aching from sleeping so much in a recliner.  Will get those worked on at my next visit.

I went to Julie after receiving a gift card for a massage.  She gave me a "firm" massage and the pains in my neck and back around my shoulder blade were gone.  I honestly had no idea that a massage would help those pains but they were exactly what I needed!  I will definitely be going back to see her again.
