Short Bark & Sides Aberdeen – Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellations & No-Shows

48–24 Hours’ Notice: Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the booked grooming service.
Less than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will incur a 100% charge of the booked grooming service.

2. Matting Fee

Dogs presenting with matted coats will require additional grooming time and care.
A £10 matting fee will be added to the standard grooming price.

3. General

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any applicable fees.
Short Bark & Sides Aberdeen reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Fantastic groomers, this was the first time my dog rossco had ever been to the groomers and I was a bit worried, but he was made such a fuss off that he wasn't even bothered when I left. I highly recommend them and will be booking rossco back in again.

We've used Short, bark & Sides Aberdeen a few times now. Sprout is an anxious dog, but they make him feel welcome and look amazing every time. They played a major part in getting him used to clippers and the blow dryer! I would highly recommend you go to them if you have an anxious pup!

I loved it! Came out looking quite the top dog. Not normally my thing but the hair cut is cool and so am I!  Def booking Short Bark and Sides again. Thanks Robyn. 

Robyn was a little late, but kept me informed. My dog is wary of being groomed, and absolutely hates the hair dryer,  but Robyn took this in her stride and I got a lovely, happy dog back after he was groomed. I couldn't ask for more


excellent service as always, clipper and blow dryis very neat.

Robyn always does a fabulous job tidying up my pug shihtzu menace who really doesn't like to be brushed or towel dried etc ... 

my lhasa apso is 13 and is very timed. Robyn is wonderful and patient with Molly as if it was her own furbaby😀 I highly recommend Robyn and always happy with Mollys groom.
