Policy and Terms
Short Bark & Sides Aberdeen – Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 5/9/2025 1. Cancellations & No-Shows 48–24 Hours’ Notice: Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the booked grooming service. Less than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will incur a 100% charge of the booked grooming service. 2. Matting Fee Dogs presenting with matted coats will require additional grooming time and care. A £10 matting fee will be added to the standard grooming price. 3. General By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for any applicable fees. Short Bark & Sides Aberdeen reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
