Appointments & Scheduling
Shawly Oven Care may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if necessary. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If an appointment must be rescheduled, it should ideally be rearranged within 72 hours of the original booking. If rescheduling falls outside this window, a deposit may be required to secure the new appointment.

Great service from Craig this morning. Arrived on time, really friendly and my oven, hob and microwave look like new!!

Craig is a lovely chap who had my double oven shining like the day it was fitted, in under 1 hour! Very happy with the organised booking system and communication through to him being bang on time and very tidy and clean whilst cleaning the oven and after as well. Highly recommended.

Craig phoned to say he would be earlier than arranged. He is very professional, friendly, polite and explained everything about my oven and how to get the best use of it. Craig is approachable and I felt safe with him in my home, as a single woman I think this is very important. I will definitely recommend Shawly Oven Care to family and friends.
