Appointments & Scheduling
Shawly Oven Care may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if necessary. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If an appointment must be rescheduled, it should ideally be rearranged within 72 hours of the original booking. If rescheduling falls outside this window, a deposit may be required to secure the new appointment.

Cleaned my double oven today, wow it looks brand new. Will definitely be recommending thank you 🙂

Craig came this morning and did a wonderful job on cleaning my oven, it looks brand new now. Craig come  when he said he would, he was very pleasant and also answered any questions that I had. I am going to book Craig again in 6 months time and this time have the job cleaned this time.
