Policies & Terms By booking with Shawly Oven Care, you agree to the following Policies & Terms: Appointments & Scheduling Shawly Oven Care may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if necessary. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment must be rescheduled, it should ideally be rearranged within 72 hours of the original booking. If rescheduling falls outside this window, a deposit may be required to secure the new appointment.
