“After a bad car accident, I needed help managing pain and improving mobility, as my job meant I couldn’t rely on strong painkillers. I was quite nervous about massage therapy, but Caroline immediately put me at ease. She took the time to discuss my needs and explain everything she was doing. I left feeling noticeably less pain and with much better mobility. Caroline has completely changed my view of massage therapy and it’s obvious benefits.”
