This was my first visit to Caroline at restore massage. It’s great to find a sports massage therapist with a medical background who really understands and knows what she is talking about! After a short consultation Caroline knew the areas to target, and during the massage kept checking the levels of pressure she was applying was comfortable for me. I now have the answers to the root cause and a plan going forward. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Caroline. Thanks 🤩

Caroline was extremely friendly and made me feel really welcome and relaxed from the start. The room was spacious and calming, the bed was heated for comfort. Caroline talked through with me how she was going to do the massage and what her focus areas would be. She checked regularly if the pressure was ok, and gave advice at the end for how to feel the full benefits of the massage. Would definitely recommend.
