-Deposits non refundable. 
-clients can reschedule for free up to 1 month before the appointment,
 £20 for a date change 3 weeks before the appointment. 
*If client has been booked in less than 2 weeks, this doesn’t apply, but no show and last minute cancellations charges do. 
-Client will lose deposit if appointment changed or cancelled less than 4 days before the appointment. - If a client cancels within 3 hours of the appointment, they will incur a £30 ‘no show’ charge. 
- All quotes are applicable to change as quotes are given via email/message , prior to meeting, and not in person, meaning that tattoos could take longer.

Had an incredible first meeting with Helaina. Consultation first booking to discuss an entire back piece. Helaina made me feel extremely comfortable and happy with my opinions on what I wanted from my tattoo. Cannot wait to have the first session to start it off!

Now I guess I should probably mention the reason I was there, the tattoo!  I wanted something so fiddly and small and when I say it is perfect I mean it. Lines are so clean and so precise. Helaina is a perfectionist so if you don’t like perfect tattoos with great company then don't go here xx

Helaina was an incredible artist! Very communicative when booking the tattoo and even followed up any queries I had almost immediately. 
She creates a relaxing friendly atmosphere and is more of a tattoo experience rather than just a tattoo appointment. 
Explained every process and is neurodivergent friendly as advertised! 
I adore my tattoos I’ve gotten from Helaina and I am excited to go back to get more.
