-Deposits non refundable. -clients can reschedule for free up to 1 month before the appointment, £20 for a date change 3 weeks before the appointment. *If client has been booked in less than 2 weeks, this doesn’t apply, but no show and last minute cancellations charges do. -Client will lose deposit if appointment changed or cancelled less than 4 days before the appointment. - If a client cancels within 3 hours of the appointment, they will incur a £30 ‘no show’ charge. - All quotes are applicable to change as quotes are given via email/message , prior to meeting, and not in person, meaning that tattoos could take longer.
