SALON POLICY Warranty • New wig fill-ins over $200 include a two-week warranty which includes one off the head drop off and pick up. • All work must be approved at drop-off. • Once approved and picked up, all sales are final. • No returns or refunds. Payment • Wigs must be paid in full at time of pick-up. Sales Tax • All services are subject to NYC sales tax. • Cash discounts available. Lace Policy • Lace will only be cut with the customer present and with their consent. Service Disclaimer • Due to the delicate nature of lace and hair installations, no guarantees can be made. Turnaround Time • Standard turnaround time is a minimum of two weeks. Outside Work Disclaimer • We are not responsible for hair loss or damage caused by outside colorists or stylists, even if it occurs within the two-week warranty period. Adjustments & Repairs • Pricing for adjustments or repairs will be determined based on the work required, even if the request is made within the two-week time frame.
