During the repair consultation, the details of hair installation and other services that need to be done will be discussed.

Repair pick up

At the time of repair pickup for new wigs, we will complete the finishing touches on the fill-in and proceed with cutting the lace. For wig bald spot repairs minor tweaking is available. Please note: due to the delicate nature of lace, we cannot offer guarantees once the lace has been cut.

Lace tightening

During lace tightening appointments, all work will be done on the spot, and we will evaluate where the lace needs to be adjusted or refreshed

Wig Debulking

Thinning out the top of the wig and the sides to create a more low density lighter wig. Debulking is only done with the customer present and the wig on the customers head. Debulking does not include warranty and all work is considered final sale.
