Pilot taster Reflexology session

This is for frontline, emergency, carers and end-of-life staff to take part in reflexology pilot sessions.

Each session will last approximately 75–90 minutes and will include: • A short grounding and breathwork practice • A deeply relaxing sound bath or short taster reflexology sessions • A gentle integration period (seated reflection or, if suitable, a short mindful walk in nature. • A short wellbeing talk titled “Caring for Yourself While Caring for Others”

This is a safe and nurturing space is held for YOU. You will be guided to harness and validate your emotions. The uniqueness of your grieving process will help you focus on your wellbeing as you navigate your grief journey. You will recieve clarity, direction and help that will highlight your strengths and abilities.

Grief and Bereavement Support

You can grieve fully and live fully. We grieve losses for very many reasons and may not even be aware of this. Loss and the trauma it leaves behind can be devastating. We also need to address the grief that follows the healing of trauma. Trauma can leave us with a feeling of loss. From the loss of an unborn child, the inability or struggle to concieve, the passing of a loved family member, friend, fur baby; to that of an opportunity, job, or the falling through of a house sale or purchase. There's also separation by means of relocation, promotion or even as a way to heal from where you've been hurt. These sessions will help support you to connect with and understand the emotions associated with grief. Continuing to love someone after their death is loyalty. Not a denial of life, but an acknowledgement of love.

In this course, each learner will be guided on how to physically, emotionally, and energetically prepare and protect themself, their treatment space, and their client. Learners will be guided on how to signpost, support, and advice their clients on their well-being journey. In this course, you will begin to take better care of yourself to ensure your clients are getting the best version of you. Weekend classes are available for your convenience.
