Grief and Bereavement Support
You can grieve fully and live fully.
We grieve losses for very many reasons and may not even be aware of this.
Loss and the trauma it leaves behind can be devastating.
We also need to address the grief that follows the healing of trauma. Trauma can leave us with a feeling of loss and emptiness.
From the loss of an unborn child, the inability or struggle to concieve, the passing of a loved family member, client, service user, friend, fur baby; to that of an opportunity, job, or the falling through of a house sale or purchase.
There's also separation by means of relocation, promotion or even as a way to heal from where you've been hurt.
These sessions will help support you to connect with and understand the emotions associated with grief.
Continuing to carry on after a major event is an acknowledgement of self- love.
