This is a Reflexology Practitioner Course which will mostly be held online. This course is designed to ensure each learner is guided to developing and applying their own intuitive healing gifts along with the techniques of Reflexology. On this course, each learner will be guided on how to physically, emotionally and energetically prepare and protect themself, their treatment space and their client. Learners will be guided on how to signpost, support and advice their clients on their well-being journey. On this course, you will begin to take better care of yourself to ensure your clients are getting the best version of you. Weekdays and weekends classes are available for your convenience. Lay back and experience your feet absorb the wholesome energy of the Gong. This is an add-on to your Reflexology session to take you deeper into your body with calm and relaxation.

Sounds and Vibes

This guided meditation & sound session is a gentle combination of the Gong, tibetan bowl, drum, chimes and rattles. Allow the sounds wash over you and take you to deep levels of calm and relaxation. Please bring along your pillow and cover. You can choose to lay on a couch, airbed or sit on a chair which I'll provide.
