Booking Fees, Cancellations & No-Shows

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments:

* £20 booking fee for treatments under £100
* £50 booking fee for treatments of £100 or more

Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment time.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) or cancelling on the same day as your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require payment in full at the time of booking for any future appointments, or may result in future bookings being declined.

Katie is just amazing keeps you at ease for all your treatments and is amazing and what she does I have recommended all my family and friends to her. She has done my Botox and microneedling on my stretch marks with amazing results. Best out there. 

Katie is really friendly and professional. She informed me what my procedure entailed & went through aftercare too.  I felt relaxed & comfortable throughout my treatment & will be re-booking again soon.
