Booking Fees, Cancellations & No-Shows A booking fee is required to secure all appointments: * £20 booking fee for treatments under £100 * £50 booking fee for treatments of £100 or more Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) or cancelling on the same day as your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require payment in full at the time of booking for any future appointments, or may result in future bookings being declined.
