**Policy and Terms for Rachel Gourley Beauty**
By booking an appointment with Rachel Gourley Beauty, you agree to the following terms. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
Please note that during the month of December, due to high demand, cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 100%.

If you are running late by 10 minutes or more, we may need to amend your appointment or possibly reschedule your appointment which will also incur the 50% fee. 

No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. 

All fees must be settled in full before any subsequent appointments can be confirmed. 

Please also note: due to insurance and safety reasons, children are not permitted on the premises during appointments.

We reserve the right to amend these terms as necessary, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I love coming to Rachel to get my nails done. They always turn out great and we get to have a chat while I’m there. 

Rachel has been doing my waxing for a while now & could not recommend enough. She makes you feel comfortable & the actual treatment is over in a blink! Pain free! 

Rachel is an expert at everything she does! Not only do I leave with beautiful nails, but also get to have a great chat while I am there. I highly recommend!
