Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you are running late by 15 minutes or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, which will also incur the 50% fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. All fees must be settled in full before any subsequent appointments can be confirmed.
